Genesis Rubber offers a full range of extruded rubber products, in profiles and configurations to match your exact requirements. We can custom design your rubber extrusion and provide you with a seal tailored to your application, or work with customer supplied drawings as the case may be. We also have experience reverse engineering rubber extrusions for customers, from samples that they provided.

Our extrusion capabilities include: Co-extrusion, color matching, sponge and solid rubber profiles, which can be supplied cut to length or cut and vulcanized into frame gaskets. All of which are available in a myriad of material and compound formulations, such as:
